Warranty and Disclaimer All SYKE Stereo Headbands are fully tested prior to shipment and are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship at time of purchase. This warranty is valid up to 30 days from date of purchase to the original purchaser. Should you receive a defective SYKE Headphone Headband, please contact Sykegear Customer Service department by filling out the form labeled 'RETURNS'. Due to various state and local health laws, because the SYKE Stereo Headband is a clothing item worn in contact with hair, any product used by customer cannot be returned for refund, credit or repair. Customer's sole remedy is return for replacement of a like item at Sykegear's discretion within 30 days of date of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage to either the SYKE Headphone Headband or cable due to exposure to water, mud, freezing, impact, stretch, or any other damage due to use of product. As with any headband, the SYKE Stereo Headband is to be considered 'consumable' should be replaced with a new unit as conditions indicate. NOTE: Due to the extreme nature of the activities to which the SYKE Stereo Headband may be exposed, it is sold without warranty, guarantee or liability of any kind other than the initial guarantee of materials and workmanship at time of purchase explained above. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. SykeGear and/or Autotime Corp. are not responsible for, nor will we be held liable for any damage or liability, expressed or implied, caused by use, misuse, or inability to use this product. It is soley up to the user of the SYKE Stereo Headband to determine how this product will be used, how it will connect to their equipment and person. Any recommendation of use are to be considered as suggestion only and not authoritative instruction. It is up to YOU the customer to ensure that the SYKE Stereo Headband is used in a SAFE and CAREFUL manner.
