Before contacting us please try the following:
Volume is not loud enough : |
| |
The speakers inside the band can move about one inch either way. For Maximum volume locate the speakers inside the band and slide them over your ears. It is also possible for the speakers to rotate and point away from your ear. In which case you can gently flip the speaker over inside the band.
|
Volume is low in one speaker : |
| |
The speakers inside the band may rotate and point outward instead of inward. Locate the speaker that appears to lack adequate volume, listen to it from both sides of the headband, rotate it if needed.
|
One Speaker is dead : |
| |
If you are having trouble with one speaker please turn the wire connector upside down on the headband. If the dead speaker changes sides then the wire is bad and replacement is necessary.
If this does not solve the problem, the headband needs to be replaced, See (RETURNS)
|
Speakers cut out : |
| |
A connection is faulty and the band will need to be replaced. You may try to squeeze the gold snaps located on the band with a pair of pliers one at a time as that can reset the contacts of the snap connector. See (RETURNS)
|

If you are having trouble with the sound: try and make sure that the speakers are both facing inward. By carefully feeling the speaker you will notice one side had a dome feeling and the other side has a disc feel. the dome side needs to face your ear.
