Short-Run Stencils use a disposable tough plastic substrate that is Laser Cut with SMT patterns as fine as .5 mm (.020") and also work great with BGA footprints. Typical life varies depending on part pitch but is specified at 10-20 times with .020" pitch parts and can exceed over 100 uses with .031" pitch. Autotime Short-Run Stencils can be disposed of or alcohol washed 1-2 times. The Standard Short-Run stencils support PCB sizes up to 5.50" * 7.50" and the Plus Size version supports sizes up to 7.00" * 9.50". An affordable stencil printer is available for both.
