Autotime will provide GROUND shipping of LCD displays you wish to send to us for repair under the following conditions:
Units must have reasonable cosmetic appearance.
No foreign matter or liquid contaminates that result in permanent stains. No major cracks in plastic.
Broken Screens will be accepted only with prior approval. Typically no more than 20% broken screens will be accepted per batch.
LCD will ship with wall adapters &/or Stands for 1/2 of the systems sent to us As units sent back after repair will be sent without adapters and/or cords. Standard Power cords and Video Cables are not required to be sent at anytime.
LCD will be packaged in groups of Three or more. Individually packed units should be joined in to groups of three with suitable tape or strapping materials to hold them as a group for shipping needs.
