Garment Connectors for wearable computers!!
  ESP7 Connectors easily sew into clothing and technology garments of varying materials. The ESP7 connector allows interfacing with audio transducers such as microphones and speakers or other types of analog sensors. Display panels and keypads may also be interfaced to the ESP7 contacts with the appropriate microprocessor interface such as I2C or similar serial protocol.

  Philips technology currently utilizes Autotimes ESP7 connectors in a variety of technology jackets produced in association with Levi's. A cell phone, earphone/microphone and MP3 player are integrated into the jackets.

  Gold plated contacts insure reliability and the molded cable assembly design (patent pending) maintains suitable spring tension to insure secure connections in active situations.
